Abstract
This co-operative study report presents my internship experience at Summit Air, one of Nepal’s domestic airlines. The study begins with an introduction to the company and the aviation industry, followed by a detailed account of my responsibilities in marketing, reservations and ground handling. It highlights my daily tasks, coordination with colleagues and the practical exposure I gained while supporting different operational areas of the airline. The report also discusses the challenges faced during the internship, strategies adopted to address them and the skills and knowledge acquired through hands-on experience. By bridging classroom learning with professional practice, this study provided valuable insights into airline operations and customer service. The report concludes with lessons learned, personal reflections and recommendations for Summit Air’s improvement, emphasizing the overall contribution of this internship to my professional development.
