บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับ การตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ข่าวสารการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในเขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล ของผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล จำนวน 114,190 คน ที่ได้จากสูตรของ Taro Yamane ซึ่งใช้ระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.05 ซึ่งคำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จำนวน 399 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) และ Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล แตกต่างกัน โดยด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ มีการตัดสินใจลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านเพศนั้นมีการตัดสินใจลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ข่าวสารการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในเขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล ของผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง พบว่า การรับรู้ข่าวสารการเลือกตั้งจากสื่อมวลชนทุกประเภทมีส่วนสำคัญในการประกอบการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2566 เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสตูล

Abstract
This research aimed to study the level of decision-making of voters in the 2023 Thai House of Representatives Election, Constituency 1, Satun Province, to compare personal factors with decision-making in the 2023 Thai general election for the first electoral district of Satun Province, and to study the factors associated with voter awareness of the 2023 Thai general election in the first electoral district of Satun Province. The population and sample were 114,190 people in the first electoral district of Satun Province, calculated by Taro Yamane’s formula with a confidence level of 0.05, resulting in a sample size of 399 people.
The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by calculating frequency, percentage, Mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research found that: 1) The overall level of decision-making of voters in the 2023 Thai general election for the first electoral district of Satun Province was high; 2) Differences in personal factors including age, education level, occupation, and income affected the difference in the level of decision-making of voters in the 2023 Thai House of Representatives Election, Constituency 1, Satun Province. While gender did not affect the difference in the level of decision-making of voters in the 2023 Thai House of Representatives Election, Constituency 1, Satun Province; 3) Factors associated with voter awareness of the 2023 Thai general election in the first electoral district of Satun Province found that awareness of election news from all types of media played an important role in decision-making in the 2023 Thai general election for the first electoral district of Satun Province.
