Abstract
The report entitled “Managing Customer Relationships in B2B Industries for the Company: CG Electronics focuses on how the market-leading company is managing its customers and their key accounts. This report contains the working experience of a student in the cooperative world and various tasks carried out as an executive intern.
The objectives of the study include:(1) to implement the knowledge which we had learned on a theoretical basis. (2) To gain knowledge on how the electrical industries work. (3) To know how a large basic company manages and makes good customer relationships. As an intern, my duty was to follow up on the calls, release the purchases made by the customers, check the orders were in the correct order and rates and release the quotations and bills for the company that we have been expanding, and many more.
All of the experiences and knowledge that I gained as an intern in the cooperative education program are stated below and many things were different and entertaining from the theoretical experience as it was a fresh and new start. This practical knowledge taught me how the real cooperative world works and that for every product to be sold there are much more management and different bodies associated.
