Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the participative management in academic task of teachers in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2. 2) compare the participative management in academic task of teachers in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2. Representative sample groups were 86 schools which consisted of the administrators and the teachers in Academic department by purposive sampling for the administrators in each school and simple random sampling for the teachers which were calculated by the population were 293 teachers. Data was gathered by questionnaires about Participative Management of Cohen and Uphoff and analyzed by descriptive statistic methods consisting of frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation Data was quantitatively analyzed for hypothesis tests which were One way ANOVA and LSD.
The study could be concluded as follows 1) the participative management in academic task of teachers in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2 were of a high level in overall, participation in involvement benefits, participation in evaluation, participation in decision and participation in operation. 2) comparative results in the participative management in academic task of teacher in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2 found statistically significant differences at level 0.05 among the teachers with different educational background, work positions and working experiences.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study state and problems of academic administration of schools under Bangborn district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 2) to compare state and problems of academic administration of schools under Bangborn district, Bangkok Metropolitan. Population were nine schools under Bangborn district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration by which data were gathered from 375 school administrators and teachers during the academic year of 2558 through a questionnaire in the form of multiple choices. Data were analyzed by using frequencies and percentages.
The research findings showed as f ollows :
Concerning the state of academic administration of schools under Bangborn district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the data showed that every school operated all nine aspects. With regards to each aspect, data revealed that in the academic planning aspect, most schools prepared academic information and organized in form of filing system through assigned committee. With regards to school curriculum management aspect, data showed that most schools enhanced an awareness for their personnel on school curriculum and implementation through school meetings. Moreover, supervisory activities were implemented especially through classroom visits and classroom observations. Regarding instructional management aspect, data indicated that most schools enhanced an awareness on child – centered learning activities to every academic strand through school meeting and students’ competencies development activities. For the internal supervision aspect, data indicated that most schools encouraged personnel cooperation on an instructional quality and performance improvement through assigned committee. With regards to measurement and evaluation aspect, most schools provided measurement and evaluation rules and regulations, and systematic operation through assigned committee. For the media, technology, innovation and learning resources development aspect, data showed that most schools assigned teachers in every academic strand to develop instructional Medias in accordance with academic strand, and set a guideline for learning resource center development. With regards to research for educational quality development aspect, data revealed that most schools required all teacher to produce a classroom action research. For the community participation for academic strengthening aspect, data indicated that most schools enhanced an awareness through people in the community. As for the educational quality assurance aspect, most schools improved their academic management system for student’s quality development continuously.
With regards to academic administration problems of schools under Bangborn district, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, data showed that most teachers responded that there were no problem except one school that most teachers indicated that there were some problems in academic planning aspect. The problems were lack of academic information network system due to unprepared personnel, and lack of monitoring and evaluation on academic information utilization.
