บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการปฏิบัติงานสังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยจำแนกขอบเขตเนื้อหาเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. ด้านความเชื่อมั่นและยอมรับในเป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์การ 2. ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะใช้ความพยายามอย่างเต็มกำลังสามารถเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์การ 3. ด้านความต้องการที่จะคงอยู่เป็นสมาชิกภาพขององค์การต่อไป ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) วัตถุประสงค์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการปฏิบัติงานสังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพ รายได้ต่อเดือน วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการปฏิบัติงานสังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา
ซึ่งจากผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการปฏิบัติงานสังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยรวม อยู่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ((x̅) = 4.52) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะใช้ความพยายามอย่างเต็มกำลังสามารถเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์การ มีระดับความคิดเห็นมากที่สุด ((x̅) = 4.63) รองลงมาคือด้านด้านความต้องการที่จะคงอยู่เป็นสมาชิกภาพขององค์การต่อไป ในระดับมากที่สุด ((x̅) = 4.62) และด้านความเชื่อมั่นและยอมรับในเป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์การ ((x̅) = 4.45) ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) จากผลวิเคราะห์การเปรียบเทียบเกี่ยวกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการปฏิบัติงานสังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา พบว่า ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่พบความแตกต่าง

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) Study the level of commitment to the organization of police officers working under the Chachoengsao Provincial Police. 2) Compare levels of organizational commitment across different demographic groups such as gender, age, marital status, and monthly income. 3) Develop recommendations to improve organizational commitment. The scope of study according to the content was divided into 3 areas: 1. Confidence and acceptance of the goals and values of the organization. 2. Willingness to use one’s fullest effort for the benefit of the organization. 3. Need to maintain Continue to be a member of the organization.
The study found that 1) The overall level of opinions regarding organizational commitment of police officers working under the Chachoengsao Provincial Police was at the highest average level ((x̅)= 4.52). Further analysis revealed that the highest levels of commitment were observed for the willingness to exert maximum effort ((x̅) = 4.63), followed by the desire for continued membership ((x̅) = 4.62) and belief in organizational goals and values ((x̅ ) = 4.45) 2) No significant differences were found in organizational commitment among police officers based on individual demographics such as gender, age, marital status, and monthly income.
