ทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีของเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีของเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีของเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของเทศบาลในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นกับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีในตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร การวิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ จำนวนประชากร 36,527 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นชาวตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร การวิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยบังเอิญเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และความสัมพันธ์ตามแบบของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทัศนคติต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีของเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน เช่น อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีของเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยทางด้านเพศ และระดับการศึกษา มีทัศนคติต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีของเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของเทศบาลในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการจัดเก็บภาษีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลสวนหลวง อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

Abstract

This research aimed: 1) To study the level of public attitudes toward tax collection of Suan Luang Subdistrict Municipality, Krathum Baen District ; 2) To compare demographic factors and public attitudes towards tax collection in Suan Luang Sub-district Krathum Baen District and 3) To study the relationship between the perception of the municipality’s roles in local development and public attitudes towards tax collection in Suan Luang Sub-district Municipality, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. The research employed a quantitative research methodology with a population of 36,527 people, and samples were residents of Suan Luang Sub-district, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. The research utilized an accidental sampling method to collect data from 400 people using a questionnaire. The statistics were Percentage, Mean, S.D., t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Moment Product Correlation.
The research finding were as follows: 1) overall, the level of attitudes toward tax collection the Suan Luang Subdistrict Municipality, Krathum Baen District was high; 2) Different demographic factors such as age, occupation, and income, had an effect on public attitudes towards tax collection of Suan Luang Subdistrict Municipality, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Meanwhile, demographic factors such as gender and education level , had no statistical effect on attitudes towards tax collection by the Suan Luang Sub-district Municipality do not differ; and 3) The perception of the municipality’s roles in local development statistically affected public attitudes towards tax collection in Suan Luang Sub-district Municipality, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province at statistical significance level of 0.05; which aligned with the established hypothesis.
