บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และความสัมพันธ์ของสุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน

หน่วยศึกษา คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานใน จังหวัดนนทบุรี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหาร ครู ในโรงเรียน จํานวน 1,819 คน ซึ่งมากําหนด ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางประมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ของเครจซี และมอร์แกน ที่ระดับความ เชื่อมั่น 95% ไต้กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูลจํานวน 317 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนของขนาด ของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพขององค์การซึ่งใช้แนวคิด ของ เฟลแมน และฮอย(Feldman and Hoy, 2000) เป็นแบบสอบถามจํานวน 4 ข้อ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้แปล และปรับปรุงข้อคําถามด้านภาษา เพื่อให้ข้อความมีความเหมาะสมกับบริบทการดําเนินงานของ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา หาค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหารายข้อ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน โดยมีค่าความตรงราย ข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.8 ถึง 1 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.981 สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความแปรปรวน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้น พื้นฐานในจังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายมิติพบว่า มิติที่ 3 ด้านภาวะผู้นําด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์ และมิติที่ 2 ด้านภาวะผู้นําด้านกิจสัมพันธ์ มีค่าคะแนนสุขภาพ องค์การมากที่สุดอยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนมิติที่ 7 ด้านการมุ่งเน้นวิชาการ และมิติที่ 1 ด้านความเข้มแข็ง ขององค์การ ซึ่งมีค่าคะแนนสุขภาพองค์การน้อยที่สุดอยู่ในระดับกลาง
2. ความสัมพันธ์ของระดับสุขภาพองค์การโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงาน

คณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดนนทบุรีกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมมีค่าความสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.44 ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีติที่ 4 เค้านอิทธิพลของผู้บริหาร และ มีดีที่ 7 ด้านการมุ่งเน้นวิชาการ มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดนนทบุรี อยู่ในระดับ 0.51 และ 0.53 ตามลําดับ

Abstract

This research was aimed to examine the organizational health of secondary schools and its relationship to school effectiveness. The secondary schools under the supervision of theOffice of the Basic Education Commission in Nonthaburi province with a total of 1,819 school administrators and teachers were determined for the sample size. Of these, 317 informants were derived by means of Krejcie and Morgan’s table at 95% confidence level and subjected to simple random sampling based on the school size. A questionnaire consisting of 44 questions based on the concept of Feldman and Hoy (2000) was modified in regards to language to fit in the school context and then used as a tool to investigate the organizational health. Content validity examined by five experts revealed the IOC ranging from 0.8-1 and the reliability of the questionnaire was equal to 0.981. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and variance. The research revealed the results as follows;

1. Overall, the organizational health of the secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Nonthaburi province was rated intermediate. When considering the individual dimension, it was found that the organizational health values of the third dimension (leadership in friendship aspect) and the second dimension (leadership in engagement) were both rated high whereas the organizational health values of the seventh dimension (academic focusing) and the first dimension (organizational strength) were rated intermediate.

2. The overall relationship between the organizational health of secondary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission in Nonthaburi province and the school effectiveness revealed the positive correlation of 0.44. When considering each dimension, it was found a correlation of 0.51 and 0.53 between the fourth dimension (influence of administrators) and the seventh dimension (academic focusing) with the effectiveness of the schools in Nonthaburi province, province, respectively.
