Abstract

The report studies the satisfaction of Aomnoi driving  instructor. The objective is to satisfaction factor to the decision on the driving instruction of Aomnoi Driving Center co., Ltd. and to find the satisfaction of driving license test at the company. The tool used in this research is a rating scale questionnaire. The target sample come from the 400 customers of the company. The statistics used in the research are the mean and percentage.

The result shows that from sex perspective and with 5 factors, male customers has more satisfaction over female customers at 4.49. the result also shows that from age rage perspective, the age range 40 and up is more satisfied than others age range at 4.33. from education perspective the bachelor’s degree is satisfied with the service more than other education level  at 4.6. From occupation perspective the result indicates that government officer has higher satisfaction level than other occupation at 3.86.
