ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจในการทำงานกับความผูกพันในองค์กรของ ข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางละมุง

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผูกพันในองค์กรของข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางละมุง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความผูกพันในองค์กรของข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางละมุง โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจในการทำงานกับความผูกพันในองค์กรของข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางละมุง โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยนี้ได้แก่ ข้าราชการตำรวจ จำนวน 65 คน ซึ่งเป็นการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มโดยแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความผูกพันในองค์กรของข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางละมุงโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (¯x = 4.15) และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแล้ว พบว่า ข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางละมุงที่มีช่วงอายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ตำแหน่งงาน ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรที่ไม่ต่างกัน และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจในการทำงานกับความผูกพันในองค์กร มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05

Abstract

The objectives of the study were: 1) to explore the level of organization commitment of police officers at Bang Lamung Police Station; 2) to compare the levels of organization commitment of police officers at Bang Lamung Police Station classified by personal factors; and 3) to examine the relationship between working motivation and organization commitment of police officers at Bang Lamung Police Station. This research was quantitative research. The samples collected by purposive sampling were 65 police officers. This research used a questionnaire to collect data. The statistical techniques were percentage, statishnal mean, standard deviation, one-wtaay ANOVA and Pearson’s Moment Product Correlation.
The research results found that 1) the organization commitment of police officers at Bang Lamung Police Station was at a high level (¯x = 4.15); 2) police officers at Bang Lamung Police Station with different ages, status, education level, income, job positions, and length of service had no statistical difference in organizational commitment; 3) the relationship between motivation and organization commitment was positively related at the significance level of .05.
