Abstract
The purpose of this project is to investigate the documentation process and make document searching faster and more efficient. The results found that document searching is difficult and there are document loss in high volume. The ECRS principle is applied for the documentation system improvement and to reduce the unnecessary working process. It is suggested that all invoices are converted into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reducing searching time from 20 minutes to 5 minutes.
