บทคัดย่อ

     ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด สำนักงานนิติกานต์บัญชี  ให้บริการรับทำบัญชี-ภาษี จดทะเบียนธุรกิจ เครื่องหมายการค้า วางระบบบัญชี ให้คำแนะนำด้านบัญชีและภาษี  และงานพณิชยกรรมทั่วไป  ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่สำนักงาน ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายคัดแยกเอกสารบัญชี  การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของเอกสารและจัดเก็บเอกสารให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน จัดทำใบสำคัญรับ-ใบสำคัญจ่าย บันทึกรายการทางธุรกิจด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย  ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มทางอินเทอร์ และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรสสำหรับงานบัญชี  มีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

The Nitikarnbunchee Office Limited Partnership’s business lines handle accounting and tax services, registration for businesses, trademarks, account system setup consultation, tax advisory, and general commercial tasks. While attending an internship under the cooperative education, as an assistant accountant, the author was assigned to classify accounting documents, check the accuracy and completeness of accounting documents, arrange accounting documents for ease of use, prepare vouchers, record business transactions via Express Accounting software, prepare output tax-input tax reports, e-filing of  Value Added Tax as well as other tasks.

This project allowed the author to gain knowledge and understanding on procedures for E-filing Value Added Tax, the procedures of using Express Accounting, and could increase work skills. This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project to be useful to interested parties.
