บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท อาซีฟา จำกัด (มหาชน) ประกอบธุรกิจผลิต จำหน่าย และติดตั้งผลิตภัณฑ์กระจายและส่งจ่ายไฟฟ้า ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสินค้าหลักคือ สวิตช์บอร์ดไฟฟ้าแรงดันปานกลาง แรงดันต่ำ และแผงควบคุมระบบไฟฟ้า รวมถึงบริการจัดหาจัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ในระบบไฟฟ้า ตั้งแต่แหล่งจ่ายไฟฟ้าจนถึงอุปกรณ์ และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าปลายทาง ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกการเงิน ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ด้วยโปรแกรม ERP โทรติดตามหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ใบแจ้งหนี้ จัดส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินให้ลูกค้าทางไปรษณีย์ และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน
โครงงานนี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการขั้นตอนการใช้โปรแกรม ERP มีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
Asefa Public Company Limited is a leading manufacturer and provider of electrical power distribution, switchboard, automation and energy efficient solutions as well as after sales and integrated engineering services. While attending the internship under the cooperative program in the Finance Department, the student was assigned to check the accuracy and completeness of accounting documents, prepare invoices via the ERP program, call to follow up withholding tax certificates, invoices, send receipts to accounts receivable by mail, and arrange accounting documents for ease of use.
This project allowed the author to gain more knowledge and understanding on procedures of using ERP program and increase work skills. This raises confidence for future careers and the goal that this project to be useful to interested parties.
