การประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยเทคนิควิเคราะห์งานเพื่อความปลอดภัยและการฝึกอบรมเพื่อความปลอดภัย 2 ภาษาของเครื่องพับหัวท้ายแผ่นโลหะ

บทคัดย่อ

     บริษัทโมดูล่าร์คอมพาวด์จำกัด เป็นบริษัทผลิตฉนวนกันความร้อนสำหรับทำผนังห้องเย็นสำเร็จรูปมีกำลังการผลิตประมาณ 120,000 ตารางเมตรต่อปี เครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการทำงานหลากหลายประเภท เช่น เครื่อง ตัดโละ เครื่องพับโลหะ เครื่องปั๊ม เครื่องฉีดโฟมโพลียูรีเทน เป็นต้น โดยมีพนักงานทั้งชาวไทย และชาวต่างชาติรวมทั้งสิ้น 100 คน ซึ่งการทำงานกับเครื่องจักรดังกล่าวหากไม่มีมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยมาใช้ อาจทำให้พนักงานได้รับความเสี่ยงนำไปสู่การเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ส่งผลกระทบต่อร่างกาย ชีวิต และทรัพย์สิน
     การศึกษาการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยเทคนิควิเคราะห์งานเพื่อความปลอดภัยและการฝึกอบรมเพื่อความปลอดภัย 2 ภาษาของเครื่องพับหัวท้ายแผ่นโลหะ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยเทคนิค Job Safety Analysis (JSA) ในการผลิตผิวผนังโลหะของฉนวนห้องเย็น ผลการศึกษาพบว่าขั้นตอนการกดปุ่มพับส่วนหัวและพับส่วนท้ายของแผ่นโลหะมีความเสี่ยงสูงสุดอยู่ในระดับความเสี่ยงมาก ซึ่งต้องมีการดำเนินงานลดความเสี่ยงโดยการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร การเสนอแนะมาตรการแก้ไขและการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ และการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน ชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติของแผนกเครื่องพับหัวท้ายแผ่นโลหะ จำนวน 16 คน พบว่ามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมเท่ากับ 5.69±2.02 และ 8.75±1.64 ตามลำดับ โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงขึ้นร้อยละ 53.79 ทั้งนี้เทคนิควิเคราะห์งานเพื่อความปลอดภัยเป็นเครื่องมือในการประเมินความเสี่ยงในการทำงาน ในการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติการณ์หรืออุบัติเหตุที่อาจเกิดขึ้นนำไปสู่การวางแผนมาตรการการควบคุมป้องกัน และแนวทางในการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยภายในองค์กร เป็นการป้องกันการสูญเสียที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงานและสถานประกอบการ

Abstract

     Modular Compound Co., Ltd. is a company that manufactures prefabricated cold room wall insulation with a production capacity of approximately 120,000 square meters per year. The machinery used in the work is various types, such as cutting machines, metal folding machines, punching machines and polyurethane foam injection machines. There were with a total of 100 employees, both Thai and foreigners. If there are no safety measures in place for working with such machinery, employees may be at risk, leading to accidents, affecting their bodies, lives, and property.
     The study of risk assessment using job safety analysis techniques and bilingual safety training for metal sheet head-end folding machines aimed to assess risks using Job Safety Analysis (JSA) techniques in the production of cold room insulation metal wall surfaces. The results of the study found the steps of pressing the button to fold the head and tail of the metal sheet have the highest risk at a high risk level. Therefore, risk reduction must be implemented by improving the machinery, proposing measures to correct and prevent accidents, and training employees. The 16 Thai and foreigners of the sheet metal bending machine department had an average score before and after training of 5.69±2.02 and 8.75±1.64, respectively, with an average score increase of 53.79 percent. The safety job analysis technique is a tool for assessing work risks to prevent incidents or accidents that may occur, leading to planning of control and prevention measures and guidelines for promoting safety culture within the organization. It prevents losses that may occur both directly and indirectly to workers and the establishment.
