บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาระบบติดตามสถานะของอุปกรณ์ในเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยโปรแกรม Zabbix มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และบันทึกข้อมูลสถานะอุปกรณ์ภายในหน่วยงาน โดยระบบสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะของอุปกรณ์ Router และ Server แบบเรียลไทม์ และเก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลังสำหรับการประเมินแนวโน้มและวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาในอนาคต คณะผู้จัดทำได้ดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบโดยการติดตั้งโปรแกรม Zabbix เวอร์ชั่น 6.0 บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Ubuntu Server 22.04.5 LTS ใน Oracle VirtualBox เวอร์ชั่น 7.2.2 โดยใช้ MariaDB เวอร์ชั่น 10.7 เป็นฐานข้อมูลหลักสำหรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูลสถานะอุปกรณ์ ระบบมีการตั้งค่าให้สามารถสร้าง Item, Trigger และ Graph เพื่อกำหนดเงื่อนไข และตรวจสอบสถานะของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ประกอบด้วย Router และ Server โดยใช้ Protocol ICMP Ping, SNMP, Agent และ HTTP Check ทำให้หน่วยงานมีระบบมอนิเตอร์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถลดความเสี่ยงจากความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์และข้อมูลที่เกิดจากสภาพแวดล้อมไม่เหมาะสม รวมถึงช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและความเชื่อมั่นในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร

Abstract
The project developed a network device status tracking system using the Zabbix program to address the lack of a centralized monitoring and historical logging solution within the organization. The system monitors the real-time operational status of Routers and Servers and stores historical data for trend analysis and future maintenance planning. The implementation involved installing Zabbix v.6.0 on Ubuntu Server 22.04.5 LTS running on Oracle VirtualBox v.7.2.2 with MariaDB v.10.7 serving as the primary database for device status storage. Items, Triggers, and Graphs were configured to establish monitoring conditions and evaluate device performance through ICMP Ping, SNMP, Agent, and HTTP Check protocols provides an efficient and reliable monitoring solution that reduces the risk of device failures and data loss caused by improper environmental conditions, while enhancing overall security and operational reliability within the organization.
