บทคัดย่อ
คณะนักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาได้เข้าปฏิบัติงาน ณ บริษัท หลักทรัพย์บัวหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูลทรัพย์สินและอุปกรณ์ยังขาดความเป็นระบบ ส่งผลให้เกิดความล่าช้าในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ระบบดังกล่าวพัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP ร่วมกับฐานข้อมูล MySQL ผ่าน phpMyAdmin โดยระบบแบ่งการทำงานออกเป็นสองส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถเพิ่ม แก้ไข ลบ และออกรายงานข้อมูลได้ และส่วนของผู้ใช้งานสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ของตนเอง ผลการพัฒนาพบว่า ระบบสามารถลดความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล เพิ่มความรวดเร็วในการค้นหา และช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นระบบมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
The cooperative education students carried out their internship at Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited with the objective of addressing issues related to the lack of systematic management of asset and equipment data, which had resulted in delays in data verification. The developed system was implemented using PHP in conjunction with a MySQL database managed through phpMyAdmin. The system architecture was divided into two main components. The administrator module requires user authentication and provides functionalities for adding, editing, deleting, and generating reports of asset information. The user module allows users to log in and review information related to their assigned equipment. The results of the system development indicate that it effectively reduces data redundancy, improves the speed of information retrieval, and enhances the efficiency and systematic management of information technology assets.
