บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอการบำรุงรักษาระบบแจ้งเตือนเหตุเพลิงไหม้ในอาคารยูดีไลท์ เรสซิเดนซ์ ริเวอร์ ฟร้อนท์ พระราม 3 โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างบริษัท แอล พี พรอพเพอร์ตี้ มาเนจเมนต์ จำกัด กับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ในระหว่างวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม ถึง 30 สิงหาคม 2567 โดยการฝึกปฏิบัติงานในโครงการระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้มีพื้นฐานการปฏิบัติ 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ การตรวจรับ การแจ้งเตือน การติดตาม และการควบคุม ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากหลักการออกแบบและการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับในเบื้องต้น การกำหนดรูปแบบสัญญาณการแจ้งเตือนจากอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับประเภทต่างๆ การติดตามเพื่อบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน และส่วนงานควบคุมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เพื่อให้ระบบแจ้งเตือนเหตุเพลิงไหม้ในอาคารพร้อมใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลาอันเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้พักอาศัย

Abstract
This cooperative education project presents the maintenance of the fire alarm system in U Delight Residence River Front Rama 3 Building, in collaboration between LP Property Management Co., Ltd. and Siam University, from May 20 to August 30, 2023. The practical training in the fire alarm system project is based on four operational steps: Acceptance, Notification, Monitoring, and Control. These steps stem from the initial principles of designing and installing detection devices, defining notification signal patterns from various types of detectors, monitoring for preventive maintenance, and controlling various equipment to ensure the building’s fire alarm system is constantly operational for the beneficial of residents.
