บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสื่ออินโฟกราฟิกส์สำหรับการเข้าถึงข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตในโรงแรม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์การเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (Wi-Fi) โทรทัศน์ ในรูปแบบของอินโฟกราฟิกส์ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าที่เข้ามาพักในโรงแรมเข้าใจขั้นตอนการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตในห้องพักได้ง่ายยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากมีลูกค้าติดต่อมาที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมเพื่อสอบถามถึงการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (Wi-Fi) โทรทัศน์ ในห้องพักจำนวนมาก ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงแก้ไขปัญหานี้โดยจัดทำอินโฟกราฟิกส์ชนาดเอสี่ แสดงขั้นตอนการเชื่อมต่อดังกล่าว และวางไว้ที่ชั้นหน้าโทรทัศน์ในห้องพัก เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถเชื่อมต่อได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น หลังจากนั้นผู้จัดทำได้จัดทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่ออินโฟกราฟิกส์นี้ โดยสอบถามบุคลากรในโรงแรม จำนวน 20 คน และลูกค้า จำนวน 10 คน ผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจด้านเนื้อหาในภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.40 ประเด็นที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจอันดับแรกคือ เรื่องความชัดเจนในการอธิบายเนื้อหา มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.50 ในส่วนมีความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบในภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.48 ประเด็นที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด 2 เรื่องคือ ในเรื่องความสวยงามและความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.66 และเรื่องการใช้สีและเทคนิคทางศิลปะ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.56

Abstract
The objective of this project is to promote the use of hotel internet services (Wi-Fi and TV connection) through an infographic. The infographic aims to help hotel guests clearly understand the steps to connect to the internet in their rooms, as many guests have frequently contacted the hotel reception to ask about Wi-Fi and TV connection procedures. To address this issue, the project a student created an A4-sized infographic illustrating the step-by-step connection process. The infographic is placed on the shelf in front of the television in each guest room, allowing guests to connect more conveniently. Afterwards, the project a student conducted a satisfaction survey regarding the infographic. The survey included 20 hotel staff members and 10 hotel guests, using an online questionnaire. the results revealed that: Content satisfaction: Respondents rated the overall content at a high level, with an average score of 4.40. The most satisfying aspect was clarity of explanation, with an average of 4.50. Design satisfaction: Respondents rated the overall design at a high level, with an average score of 4.48. The two most satisfying aspects were aesthetic appeal and creativity (average 4.66) and use of colors and artistic techniques (average 4.56).
