บทคัดย่อ
โครงการ การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านเสียงและการได้ยิน ณ กลุ่มงานจ่ายกลางยุทธอาภรณ์ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า พร. จัดทำขึ้นเนื่องจากผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีโอกาสสัมผัสเสียงดังจาก กระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพการได้ยิน และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานใน ระยะยาว โครงการนี้เป็นการดำเนินงานเชิงส่งเสริมป้องกันด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการเพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความตระหนักถึงอันตรายจาก เสียงดังในสถานที่ทำงาน ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการควบคุมป้องกันอันตรายจากเสียงดัง รวมทั้ง ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสามารถใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงได้อย่างถูกต้อง กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการเนินโครงการ ได้แก่ หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มงานจ่ายกลาง ยุทธอาภรณ์ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า พร. จำนวน 20 คน โดยมีการดำเนินกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอันตรายจากเสียง การสาธิตและฝึกปฏิบัติการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงการประเมินความรู้โดยแบบทดสอบก่อน – หลังการอบรม รวมทั้งการติดตามประเมินผลการปฏิบัติตาม มาตรการควบคุมป้องกันอันตรายจากเสียงดัง ผลการดำเนินโครงการพบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการและได้รับการประเมินจำนวน 17 คน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 85 ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ผลการประเมินความรู้หลังการอบรมพบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมมีคะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 100 และมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับแบบทดสอบก่อนการอบรม นอกจากนี้ ผลการ ประเมินการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการควบคุมป้องกันอันตรายจากเสียงดัง การสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียง พบว่าผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 100 (30/30คะแนน) และผลการประเมินการกำหนดพื้นที่บังคับสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล พบว่าครอบคลุมพื้นที่เสี่ยงเสียงดังได้ครบถ้วน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 มีความถูก ต้องและสอดคล้องกับสภาพการทำงานจริง ส่งผลให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความตระหนักด้านความปลอดภัยใน การสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงอย่างเหมาะสม โครงการนี้สามารถเพิ่มความรู้และปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยของผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งช่วยลดความเสี่ยงต่อการสูญเสียการได้ยินจากการทำงานในระยะยาว

Abstract
The project on Noise and Hearing Risk Management at the Central Sterile Supply Unit, Yuttha Apparel Division, Somdech Phra Pinklao Hospital, Royal Thai Navy Medical Department was conducted due to workers being exposed to high levels of noise from operational processes, which may affect hearing health and work performance in the long term. This project is a health promotion and occupational safety prevention program. The objectives of this project were to enhance workers’ knowledge and awareness of occupational noise hazards, to promote compliance with noise control and prevention measures, and to ensure the correct and appropriate use of hearing protection equipment. The target group consisted of 20 supervisors and staff members of the Central Sterile Supply Unit, Yuttha Apparel Division, Somdech Phra Pinklao Hospital. The project activities included providing education on noise hazards, demonstration and hands-on training in the use of hearing protection equipment, pre-test and post-test knowledge assessments, and monitoring and evaluation of compliance with noise control and prevention measures. The results showed that 17 participants were involved and evaluated, representing 85% of the target group. The post-training knowledge assessment indicated that all participants achieved a 100% passing rate, with improved knowledge compared to the pre-training assessment. In addition, the evaluation of compliance with noise control measures and proper use of hearing protection equipment showed a 100% compliance rate (30/30 points). Furthermore, the assessment of designated mandatory areas for personal protective equipment (PPE) use demonstrated full coverage of all noise-risk areas (100%). The designation was accurate and consistent with actual working conditions, resulting in appropriate and consistent use of hearing protection among workers and increased safety awareness. In conclusion, this project effectively improved workers’ knowledge and safety behavior and contributed to reducing the long-term risk of occupational hearing loss.
