บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ถุงหอมกำจัดกลิ่นจากเปลือกผลไม้เหลือทิ้ง และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการดับกลิ่น และปล่อยกลิ่นหอมตามธรรมชาติ โดยนำเปลือกผลไม้ที่เหลือจากการบริโภค ได้แก่ เปลือกส้ม เปลือกมะนาว เปลือกสับปะรด มาทำแห้งด้วยวิธีการตากแดด และอบแห้ง ผสมผสานกับสารดูดซับกลิ่นธรรมชาติ ได้แก่ ถ่านไม้ไผ่ เบคกิ้งโซดา และเกลือหิมาลัย แล้วบรรจุลงในถุงผ้าที่มีความโปร่งพอเหมาะ ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพการกำจัดกลิ่น และระยะเวลาในการปล่อยกลิ่นหอมในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ได้แก่ ตู้เสื้อผ้า ตู้รองเท้า ห้องน้ำ เปรียบเทียบกับผลิตภัณฑ์ถุงหอมทางการค้า และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งด้านประสิทธิภาพ และความคุ้มค่า
โครงงานสหกิจนี้แสดงให้เห็นศักยภาพของการนำเปลือกผลไม้เหลือทิ้งมาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ถุงหอมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม มีราคาถูก สามารถผลิตได้ง่ายในธุรกิจโรงแรม ช่วยลดปริมาณขยะอินทรีย์ และสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับวัสดุเหลือทิ้งจากโรงแรม

Abstract
This cooperative education project aimed to develop an odor-eliminating sachet product from discarded fruit peels and to study its effectiveness in odor removal as well as its ability to naturally release fragrance. Fruit peels left over from consumption, including orange peels, lime peels, and pineapple peels, were dried by sun-drying and oven-drying methods. They were then mixed with natural odor-absorbing agents, namely bamboo charcoal, baking soda, and Himalayan salt, and packed into appropriately breathable fabric sachets. The product was tested for odor removal efficiency and fragrance release duration in various areas, including wardrobes, shoe cabinets, and bathrooms, and its performance was compared with commercially available sachet products. User satisfaction was also evaluated in terms of effectiveness and value for money.
The results of the project showed that discarded fruit peels could be effectively developed into an environmentally friendly odor-eliminating sachet product. The product has low production cost, is simple to manufacture, and is suitable for application in the hotel business. It can help reduce the amount of organic waste, add value to discarded materials, and promote efficient resource utilization in line with the Circular Economy concept.
