บทคัดย่อ
ธุรกิจร้านเช่าหนังสือ เป็นธุรกิจที่เน้นการให้เช่าหนังสือในราคาที่ถูก เป็นแหล่งสารนิเทศ บริการทรัพยากรสารนิเทศในรูปแบบต่างๆ โดยทั่วไปยังไม่มีการนำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการภายในร้าน โดยใช้เอกสารในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเป็นส่วนใหญ่ จึงทำให้เอกสารต่างๆ เพิ่มมากขึ้น และทำให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ ดังนั้น เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงทำการออกแบบโดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio Code เขียนด้วยภาษา PHP เวอร์ชั่น 8.0.7 และใช้ MySQL v.5.0.4 จัดการฐานข้อมูล ซึ่งเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวสามารถจัดการข้อมูลสมาชิก พนักงาน หนังสือ และข้อมูลการใช้บริการของสมาชิก ซึ่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกเก็บไว้เป็นประวัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการออกรายงาน สมาชิกสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะของหนังสือได้ผ่านทางหน้าเว็บไซต์ และเอกสารต่างๆ สามารถบันทึกในรูปแบบ PDF เพื่อส่งให้สมาชิกทางอีเมล์ ผลที่ได้ คือ ช่วยลดการใช้กระดาษ และจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ และปลอดภัย

Abstract
Book rental stores provide book rental services at low service charges, sources of information, and various forms of information services. There is no information technology used for internal management, and most information is recorded in documents. Therefore, as the number of documents increase, more problems occur. To solve the problems, the authors designed a website with Visual Studio Code and programmed it with Version 8.0.7 of PHP and the databases are managed with MySQL v.5.0.4. The website can manage information of members, employees, books, and the member’s service usage. All the information are records and can be used for generating reports. Members can check the status of any book on the website, and can be recorded in of PDF format for sending emails. As a result, the number of used paper was reduced and the information could be recorded orderly and safely.
