การตรวจสภาพรถยนต์ตามกฏหมาย กรณีรถปิคอัพและรถเก๋งน้ำหนักไม่เกิน 2,200 กิโลกรัม

บทคัดย่อ

อู่มหาชัยออโตเซ็นเตอร์เป็นสถานตรวจสภาพรถยนต์ เป็นงานและหน้าที่ ที่ต้องมีความรับผิดชอบความปลอดภัยจากการใช้รถใช้ถนนและลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบระบบการทำงานชุดรองรับน้ำหนักและระบบห้ามล้อรถปิคอัพน้ำหนักไม่เกิน 2,200 กิโลกรัมและระบบการทำงานชุดรองรับน้ำหนักและระบบห้ามล้อรถเก๋งน้ำหนักไม่เกิน 2,200 กิโลกรัม บุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานจึงต้องเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตจากกรมการขนส่ง ตามพระราชบัญญัติการขนส่งทางบก พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ และสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง ทางสถานตรวจสภาพรถอู่มหาชัยออโตเซ็นเตอร์ จึงได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเพื่อได้รู้ถึงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบรองรับน้ำหนักและระบบห้ามล้อ ผลการตรวจสอบระบบรองรับน้ำหนักและระบบห้ามล้อรถปิคอัพระบบห้ามล้อผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กฎหมายกำหนด ประสิทธิภาพแรงห้ามล้อเท้ากำหนดไว้ให้มากกว่า 50% ตรวจสอบได้ 66% ประสิทธิภาพแรงห้ามล้อมือกำหนดไว้ให้มากกว่า 20% ตรวจสอบได้ 26% ถือว่ารถยนต์ปิคอัพที่ดำเนินการตรวจสอบผ่านการรับรองความปลอดภัยและรถเก๋งระบบห้ามล้อผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กฎหมายกำหนด ประสิทธิภาพแรงห้ามล้อเท้ากำหนดไว้ให้มากกว่า 50% ตรวจสอบได้ 75% ประสิทธิภาพแรงห้ามล้อมือกำหนดไว้ให้มากกว่า 20% ตรวจสอบได้ 29% ถือว่ารถยนต์เก๋งที่ดำเนินการตรวจสอบผ่านการรับรองความปลอดภัย

Abstract

Mahachai Auto Center Garage is a car inspection center. The assigned job was responsible for road safety and to reduce environmental impact. Objectives of the project were: 1) To analyze and inspect the working system of the weight support unit and brake system for pickup trucks less than 2,200 kilograms; and 2) To study the working system of the weight support unit and brake system for sedans less than 2,200 kilograms. The technicians must have received a certificate for permission from the Department of Transport, Transport Act BE 2522 (1979), and able to perform tasks correctly. At the Mahachai Auto Center car inspection station, an inspection was carried out to know the performance of the weight support and brake systems.
The inspection results of the weight support system and the brake system of the pickup truck passed the standard criteria set by law. Foot brake force efficiency is set to be more than 50%; 66% can be verified. Hand brake force efficiency is set to be more than 20%; 26% can be verified. It is considered that pickup trucks that have been inspected have passed the safety certification, and sedans with brake systems have passed the criteria.
