Abstract
This study aimed to 1) Make data entry of disease statistics accurate and up to date, 2) Make searching disease statistics faster and 3) Shorten employees’ learning curve on data entry of disease statistics. Problems about employees’ data entry of disease statistics were from complex steps. With that, Kaizen was applied by developing a manual to explain easy-to-understand data entry procedures. After created the manual, employees were asked to follow the instructions in the manual. It was found that they could perform data entry quicker and data was more accurate and stored systematically.
