Abstract
Objective of this study are 1) to reduce period of learning for data record regarding student 2) and to enable new officer in learning method of data record by self in order to reduce period of teaching from former officer. The problem incurred from data record regarding student loan for education has quite difficult for a record. Therefore, the handbook is prepared to show step of record after a period of trial, the data record is found easier and faster.
