Abstract
The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To study the implementation of 5S Activity; 2) To study problems and guidelines in order to maximize the efficiency of 5S Activity implementation. One problem caused by the operations of Credit Department and Accounting Department, is the uncleanliness in the office. Therefore, in order to make the office nice and orderly with effectiveness, then the concept of 5S Activity is applied, the result of study found that areas in the office are clean, documents are clean arranged with convenient searching and the atmosphere in the office is better.
