บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเล่มนี้นำเสนอประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักรในอาคารสูง โดยเข้าไปปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ คอนโดลุมพินีพาร์คปิ่นเกล้า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ถึงวันที่ 6 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ในการ PM รักษาระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักรอาคารสูง ครั้งนี้ประกอบไปด้วย การวางแผนขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักร ภายในอาคารสูง การปฏิบัติงานครั้งนี้ได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นอย่างดีจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้าในอาคารสูง โครงงานนี้ทำให้มีความรู้และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ จึงทำให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานการPMระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักร เป็นไปได้อย่างราบรื่น

Abstract
This cooperative education project presents operational experiences related to preventive maintaining electrical systems and machinery in high-rise buildings at Thelumpini Park Pinklao Condo from 19 August to 6 December 2024. The time consists of planning the process of preventive maintenance electrical systems and machinery inside a tall building.
Work provided good knowledge transfer about the assigned work from experts in preventive maintenance electrical systems for high-rise buildings. This project gives knowledge and the ability to solve problems systematically. Thus making it possible to perform PM work on electrical systems and machinery. possible smoothly
