บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงงานเรื่องซอล์เท็ด คาราเมล โคโคนัท เอสเพรสโซ่ แฟรบปูชิโน่ นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาสูตรเครื่องดื่มชนิดใหม่ที่ผสานรสชาติระหว่างกาแฟเอสเพรสโซ่เข้มข้น คาราเมลเค็ม และมะพร้าวน้ำหอม โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ได้เครื่องดื่มที่มีความแปลกใหม่ กลมกล่อม และตอบสองต่อความต้องการของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มเป้าหมายในยุคปัจจุบันที่นิยมรสชาติหลากหลายและให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ
จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างต่อเครื่องดื่ม ซอล์เท็ด คาราเมล โคโคนัท เอสเพรสโซ่ แฟรบปูชิโน่ (Salted Caramel Coconut Espresso Frappuccino) โดยรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.62 หากพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน โดยด้านรสชาติรวมของเครื่องดื่ม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.72 รองลงมาคือ ด้านเนื้อสัมผัสของเครื่องดื่ม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.66 ด้านกลิ่นของเครื่องดื่ม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.65 ด้านรสชาติของเครื่องดื่ม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.55 และด้านการตกแต่ง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.52

Abstract
This project aims to investigate and develop a new beverage formulation that integrates the robust flavor of espresso with salted caramel and aromatic coconut. The objective is to create an innovative and well-balanced drink that delivers a unique taste profile while responding to the preferences of contemporary consumers, who increasingly value diverse flavor combinations and the use of high-quality ingredients.
This study aimed to assess consumer satisfaction with the Salted Caramel Coconut Espresso Frappuccino. The overall level of satisfaction was reported at the highest level, with a mean score of 4.62. An analysis of each evaluative dimension indicated that respondents expressed satisfaction at the highest level across all aspects. The highest mean score was observed for the overall flavor of the beverage (x̄ = 4.72), followed by texture (x̄ = 4.66), aroma (x̄ = 4.65), and specific flavor attributes (x̄ = 4.55). The presentation of the beverage received the lowest mean score (x̄ = 4.52).
