Abstract

This report provides a complete account of my cooperative education experience at the Nepal Association of Software and IT Services Companies (NAS-IT). As a Sustainability Partner Coordinator, I was responsible for managing the organization’s financial resources, developing partnerships, and participating in numerous activities targeted at boosting the growth of Nepal’s IT sector.

This report reflects on various responsibilities I completed during my cooperative education, allowing me to gain experience in financial administration, involvement of stakeholders, and event organization. Through these initiatives, I put forward ways to boost fund growth, establish partnerships with sustainable partners, and contribute to the organization’s overall marketing efforts.

Finally, this report demonstrates how effective coordination of sustainability initiatives and financial management can have a significant impact on the growth of Nepal’s IT sector, emphasizing the critical role that organizations like NAS-IT play in driving innovation and promoting industry development.
