In the 21st century, the managing of workforce diversity is important for companies to gain competitive advantage. This research sought to find out the effect of workforce diversity on employee performance.
The work diversity is seen in the factors of ethnicity, educational background, and gender of the employee. The literature review is done to attempt to made the link between the dependent and independent variable(s). This research describe the target population which consist of the employee working in the diverse workforce in the Silom, Bangkok, Thailand. The research sample to 300 respondents and distributed to 300 respondents. However, few of the survey were incomplete. Therefore, this research using the complete 271 surveys. The collected data is analyzed with the usage of the SPSS programs. The result starts a positive relationship between ethnicity, educational background, and gender. Lastly, the researcher recommends for more research on this topic and concluded the research.
