บทคัดย่อ

ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดโรงงานน้ำตาลสดสเตอริไลส์  เป็นผู้ผลิตและผู้จำหน่ายเครื่องดื่มน้ำผัก  ผลไม้และน้ำสมุนไพรบรรจุขวดแก้ว  ทั้งตลาดในประเทศและต่างประเทศ สินค้าประกอบด้วย น้ำตาลสดมะพร้าว น้ำมะตูม น้ำมะขาม และน้ำตะไคร้  ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชี  พบว่า  โรงงานซื้อขวดแก้วเก่าที่ผ่านการทำความสะอาดแล้วเป็นจำนวนมากเพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่ถูกที่สุด  วันส่งมอบสินค้าพนักงานคลังสินค้าไม่สามารถตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าทั้งหมดได้ทันที  และไม่ได้จัดทำรายงานการรับสินค้าและผู้จำหน่าย  ด้วยเหตุนี้ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนกลับแหล่งที่มาได้   ขวดจำนวนมากที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพถูกขายเป็นเศษซากในราคาที่ต่ำมาก

โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดซื้อ  การบริหารคลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลัง  และลดค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ  โดยทำการศึกษาระบบการสั่งซื้อสินค้า  การบริหารคลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลัง  การจัดทำรายงานการรับและตรวจสอบคุณภาพขวดเพื่อย้อนกลับแหล่งที่มา  ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการศึกษาคือ การบริหารคลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงเหลือมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ลดค่าใช้จ่ายและเพิ่มกำไรให้ธุรกิจได้

Abstract

Namtarnsod Sterilized Partnership Ltd. is a manufacturer and a beverage distributor of vegetables, fruits, and herb juice in glass bottles for both the domestic and international markets. The products consists of  coconut nectar, bael fruit juice, tamarind juice, and lemongrass juice.  While attending the internship under the cooperative education program at the accounting department, the author found that the factory bought a lot of cleaned glass bottles in order to get the lowest price.  On the delivery date, the warehouse staff could not immediately inspect the product quality and did not prepare the reports of receiving of products and suppliers, this caused inventory to not be traced to their sources. Many used bottles were not of quality, so, they were sold as scrap at very low price.

This project was designed to increase the efficiency of purchasing, warehouse management and inventory, and reduce expenses, through studying the process of purchasing, warehouse management and inventory, and preparing the reports for receiving and quality inspection of used glass bottles for traceability of  sources. The results showed that the warehouse management and inventory were more efficient,  reduced expenses and increased profit for business.
