บทคัดย่อ
สำนักงานกรุงไทย-แอกซ่า (คุณภัทรกร) ดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยการสร้างความคุ้มครองทางการเงินด้วยประกันชีวิต เป็นกลุ่มธุรกิจประกันชีวิต สุขภาพ และบริหารสินทรัพย์
จากการปฏิบัติงานในโครงงานการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ สำนักงานกรุงไทย-แอกซ่า (คุณภัทรกร) ในครั้งนี้ได้รับมอบหมายในตำแหน่งงานผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี จากพนักงานที่ปรึกษาให้จัดเก็บเอกสารทางการบัญชีตามหมวดหมู่ เนื่องจากเอกสารมีค่อนข้างเยอะ ยากต่อการค้นหาเอกสาร ทางผู้จัดทำเลยสนใจในโครงงานเรื่อง การจัดเก็บเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี เพื่อเป็นการช่วยให้ง่ายต่อการลงบัญชี ง่ายต่อการค้นหา หยิบไปใช้ได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น
ซึ่งผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการปฏิบัติในโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาครั้งนี้จะสามารถนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับทั้งหมดไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานในวิชาชีพบัญชีและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่นำไปศึกษาเพิ่มเติมต่อไป

Abstract
Krungthai-AXA Office (Khun Pattarakorn) provides financial protection with life insurance as a group of life insurance, health, and asset management businesses. The cooperative education project of Siam University at Krungthai-AXA Office (Mr. Pattarakon) assigned the student as an assistant accountant for the consultant staff to store accounting documents by category. There were quite a lot of documents and are difficult to find. The student was interested in the project on the storage of supporting documents for accounting records in order to make it easier to find and use quickly. The author sincerely hopes that this cooperative education project will be able to bring all the experience gained from work in the accounting profession and be beneficial to those who study further.
