บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่อง แกรนด์สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เซอร์แมท ทิตลิส (EY) 7 วัน 4 คืน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อจัดทำโปรแกรมทัวร์ แกรนด์สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เซอร์แมท ทิตลิส 7 วัน 4 คืน 2) เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์โปรแกรมทัวร์ แกรนด์สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เซอร์แมท ทิตลิส 7 วัน 4 คืนให้กับบริษัท วัน เวิล์ด ทัวร์ แอนด์ ทราเวล จำกัด ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดทำต้องการให้ทางเลือกใหม่ให้กับลูกค้าและเป็นการขยายฐานลูกค้าให้แก่บริษัท โดยจัดทำโปรแกรมทัวร์เดินทางไปประเทศ สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เซอร์แมท ทิตลิส โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านทาง ไลน์แอด และ เว็บไซต์
ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่าคณะผู้จัดทำได้มีการจัดทำโปรแกรมสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เซอร์แมท ทิตลิส(EY) 7 วัน 4 คืน และประชาสัมพันธ์ขายโปรแกรมทัวร์จริง โดยการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านช่องทาง Line@ : Worldwildpackagetour ,Facebook : One World Tour & Travel ,Website : oneworldtour.co.th ,บูธตามงานต่างๆ พบว่ามีกลุ่มลูกค้าสนใจโปรแกรมสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เซอร์แมท ทิตลิส 7 วัน 4 คืน จากช่องทาง Line@ และเว็บไซต์เป็นจำนวนประมาณ 50 ท่าน และ มีลูกค้าจากบูธ ประมาณ 70 ท่าน และส่งให้เอเจ้นท์ประมาณ 500 กว่าราย ทั้งนี้ยังมีลูกค้าที่จองที่นั่งภายในโปรแกรมประมาณ 10 คน ดังนั้นผลของการปฏิบัติโครงงานครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้

Abstract
The Cooperative Education Project,Grand Switzerland Zermatt Titlis (EY) 7 days 4 nights with the objectives : 1) To prepare a tour program Grand Switzerland Zermatt Titlis 7 days 4 nights, 2) To publicize the tour program for One World Tour and Travel Co., Ltd. The team wants to provide new options for customers and expand the customer base. The team made a tour program to travel to Switzerland, Zermatt Titlis and used advertising and public relations tools via LINE Ads and the website.
The results showed that the team prepared a program for Switzerland Zermatt Titlis (EY), 7 days 4 nights, and publicized the tour program through the channel Line: @Worldwildpackagetour \Facebook: One World Tour & Travel \Website: oneworldtour.co.th, and a booth at various events. It was found that there were about 50 customers interested in the Switzerland Zermatt Titlis, 7 Days 4 Nights program from LINE@ and website channels, and about 70 customers from the booth and about 500 agents. There are about 10 customers who have reserved seats within the program, so the results of this project work according to the objectives .
