บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอการลดการใช้กระดาษ โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การลดการบันทึกโดยใช้กระดาษ ในบริษัท ซีเนียร์ แอโรสเปซ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับงานวิศวกรรมการผลิตชิ้นส่วนอากาศยาน มีกระบวนการผลิตที่มีความหลากหลาย มีความสำคัญในการจดบันทึกและการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ซึ่งเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการผลิต จะทำให้มีการใช้กระดาษจำนวนมากขึ้น และใช้เวลาในการจัดเก็บเอกสารเหล่านั้น โดยมีการจัดเก็บเป็นการสแกนเอกสารไปเป็นไฟล์ในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ จากข้างต้นโครงงานการลดการใช้กระดาษจะช่วยทำให้กระดาษเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการผลิตลดลง ลดเวลาในการจัดเก็บเอกสาร ลดงบประมาณ ลดพื้นที่การจัดการ และสามารถติดตามสถานะต่างๆของชิ้นส่วนที่ยังผลิตอยู่ได้อย่างทันท่วงที จากผลการปฏิบัติงานนี้ทำให้ทางบริษัทได้ลดต้นทุนและทำให้ได้รับทักษะการเรียนรู้ในการทำงานจริง

Abstract
This cooperative education project presents a method for reducing paper usage, focusing specifically on minimizing paper-based recordkeeping at Senior Aerospace (Thailand) Ltd. The company operates in the aerospace component manufacturing industry and involves diverse production processes that require accurate documentation and data storage. Traditionally, after each production process, a significant amount of paper is used, and considerable time is spent on storing these documents by scanning them into digital files. This project aims to reduce paper usage after the completion of production processes. It helps decrease the time required for document storage, lower overall expenses, reduce storage space, and enable real-time tracking of the production status of components. As a result of this implementation, the company has successfully reduced operational costs while also providing the student with hands-on learning experience in a real working environment.
