บทคัดย่อ

            ร้าน บีบี เฟอร์นิเจอร์ เป็นร้านจำหน่ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ขนาดกลาง มีหน้าร้านอยู่ย่านชุมชนพระราม 2 ซึ่งมีลูกค้าเป็นจำนวนมากโดยในปัจจุบันทางร้านไม่ได้มีการนำเทคโนโลยีใดเข้ามาช่วยในการดำเนินงาน เช่น การเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลสินค้า การขาย การคำนวณราคาสินค้า ปัจจุบันนี้ยังเป็นการเขียนด้วยมือ ในทางการคำนวนยอดขายของแต่ละเดือนต้องนำใบเสร็จมาคำนวนใหม่ ทางร้านจึงต้องการระบบที่จะช่วยให้การดำเนินงานสะดวกและรวดเร็วขึ้น

            จากปัญหาดังกล่าวทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีแนวคิดนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และระบบฐานข้อมูล (Database System) มาใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการร้านเฟอร์นิเจอร์ (กรณีศึกษา ร้าน บีบี เฟอร์นิเจอร์) พัฒนาโดยด้วยภาษา Java ด้วยโปรแกรม NetBeans และจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL โดยระบบสามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลการขายบันทึกลงฐานข้อมูล ซึ่งประกอบด้วยฟังก์ชันการทำงานดังนี้ การจัดการข้อมูลเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลรายการขาย โดยระบบสามารถช่วยบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลสินค้า คำนวณราคาสินค้า และคำนวณยอดขายได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีความสะดวกและรวดเร็ว

Abstract

              BB Furniture is a medium-sized furniture store with a shop in the neighborhood of Rama 2, which has a lot of customers At present, the shop does not have any technology to help with operations such as customer data collection, product information, sales, product price calculation. At present, all documents are written by hand, and the calculation of the sales amount of each month, the bill must be re-calculated. The shop therefore needs a system that will help make the operation easier and faster.

            From these problems, the organizers had the idea to use information technology. A database system (Database System) was used in the development of furniture shop management system (case study of BB Furniture), developed using Java language with Netbeans program and managing database with Microsoft SQL Servers. The system can store customer data, products sales data, and also which includes the following functions furniture information management, customer information, and sales data The system can help record customer data, product information, calculate product prices, a calculate the sales correctly which is convenient and fast.
