บทคัดย่อ
ภาคนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับพ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2560 แก่ผู้ที่ได้รับชมทุกเพศทุกวัยที่สามารถเข้าถึงระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และเป็นสิ่งที่ทุกคนควรทราบ สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้กับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในยุคปัจจุบันได้อย่างถูกต้อง และเป็นประโยชน์ในการเข้าใช้งาน คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการกระทำความผิดของการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสาร การละเมิดสิทธิทั้งของตนเอง และผู้อื่น ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้ในอนาคต ทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้ศึกษา รวบรวม และสรุปข้อมูลที่เข้าใจง่ายออกมาในรูปแบบแอนิเมชันอินโฟกราฟิก โดยใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Illustrator CS6 เพื่อใช้ในการสร้างตัวการ์ตูนหลักและฉากในการประกอบแอนิเมชันอินโฟกราฟฟิก ใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Flash CS6 เพื่อใช้ในการเคลื่อนไหวของตัวการ์ตูน การเรียบเรียงภาพ และเสียงให้สมบูรณ์แบบ

Abstract
This project aimed to give knowledge and understanding about Computer-Related Crime Act (No.2) 2017 for all ages and genders that are accessible to computer, as it is something that everyone should know. The knowledge obtained can be applied to the use of today’s social media. Safety and prevention of wrongdoing in publicizing information and violation of one’s own rights and the rights of others that may occur in the future are taken into consideration. Therefore, the project team studied, collected, and summarized easy to understand content in the form of animation infographic. It was created using Adobe Illustrator CS6 for the main characters and scenes for the infographic animation. Adobe Flash CS6 was used to animate the characters, image composition, and sound perfect.
