บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาของทางเดินเท้าในพื้นที่เขตบางแค 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาและอุปสรรคของทางเดินเท้าในพื้นที่เขตบางแค 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการแก้ไขปัญหาของทางเดินเท้าไปปฏิบัติในเขตบางแค โดยการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนผู้ใช้ทางเท้าในเขตพื้นที่บางแค ซึ่งไม่ทราบจำนวนที่แน่นอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยไม่อาศัยความน่าจะเป็นเนื่องจากไม่ทราบจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่แน่นอน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 396 คน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน (Standard Deviation) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson Product-Moment Correlation)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่มีผลต่อการสัญจรเส้นทางการเดินทางเท้า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ และอายุที่แตกต่างกันมีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาของทางเดินเท้าในพื้นที่เขตบางแคแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการสัญจรเส้นทางการเดินทางเท้า มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความต้องการในการใช้เส้นทางการเดินทางเท้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่กำหนดไว้ ทั้งนี้ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยมุ่งเน้นให้ภาครัฐควรมีการกำหนด นโยบายการป้องกัน และควบคุมปัญหาที่จะทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อเส้นทางการเดินทางเท้าอย่างชัดเจน

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) To investigate approaches to address pedestrian pathway issues in the Bang Khae area; 2) To examine the factors influencing the problems and obstacles related to pedestrian pathways in the same area; and 3) To propose development strategies to mitigate these pedestrian pathway issues in Bang Khae. This quantitative research focuses on the population of pedestrians within the Bang Khae area. A simple random sampling method was employed to select a sample group of 396 individuals. Statistical tools utilized in this study encompassed percentage, Mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation.

The study findings revealed a significant overall impact of opinions regarding factors contributing to pedestrian pathway problems and obstacles. Personal factors, such as gender and age, demonstrated statistically significant differences in approaches to address pedestrian pathway issues in the Bang Khae area. Moreover, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between problems and obstacles in pedestrian pathways and the demand for using these pathways, affirming the established hypothesis. As a recommendation, this research emphasizes the necessity for governmental intervention in formulating explicit policies to prevent and manage issues that could potentially compromise pedestrian pathways.
