บทคัดย่อ

     การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาระดับทัศนคติ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของนักการเมืองไทยในการจัดการการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 โดยวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยสำรวจจากประชาชนทั่วไปไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ด้วยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติพื้นฐานในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน และการวิเคราะห์จำแนกพหุ (MCA)

     ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับทัศนคติของประชาชนในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของนักการเมืองไทยในการจัดการการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยมีทัศนคติด้านหลักการมีส่วนร่วม มากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านหลักความโปร่งใส ด้านหลักคุณธ รรม ด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบ ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า  และสุดท้ายได้แก่ หลักนิติธรรม และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของนักการเมืองไทยในการจัดการการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 พบว่า อาชีพ ภาพลักษณ์นักการเมือง และ การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการเมืองมีผลต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของนักการเมืองไทยในการจัดการการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19

Abstract

This research aimed at study level of attitude and factors affecting attitude of people in Phetchaburi province towards the implementation of good government principles by Thai politicians in managing the spread of Covid-19. The study was quantitative research and surveyed the people in Phetchaburi province by accidental sampling. The tool of this research was questionnaire and the statistical techniques were frequency, percentage, Mean, deviation, and Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA).

The research found that the overall level of attitude of people in Phetchaburi province towards the implementation of good government principles by Thai’ s Politicians in managing the spread of Covid-19 was at a low level where participation aspect was the highest, followed by transparency aspect, moral aspect, responsibility aspect, value ·aspect and rule of law aspect respectively. The analysis of factors affecting attitude of people in Phetchaburi province towards the implementation of good government principles by Thai politicians in managing the spread of Covid-19 found that occupation, politician image and receiving political information factors affected attitude of people in Phetchaburi province towards the implementation of good government principles by Thai politicians in managing the spread ofCovid-19.
