Abstract
This cooperative report entitled “Building brand equity through cross-departmental collaboration between Sales and Marketing Departments of Gorkha Brewery” report outlines the experience gained during cooperative education in the Sales and Marketing departments of Gorkha Brewery, a market leader in the Nepalese beer beverage market. The objectives of this project are to (1) gain practical experience working in the sales and marketing departments of a large organisation, (2) To gain an understanding of how sales and marketing departments coordinate to execute brand and business objectives, (3) Learn to manage and coordinate large scale branding projects of the company. (4)To study how cross-departmental collaboration between the sales and marketing departments works in developing brand equity.
I was assigned to work in the sales and marketing departments of the company as part of the co-op study. My primary duty was to assist and complete tasks given to me by the assigned supervisor or mentor. This project has provided valuable insight into the sales and marketing department of Gorkha Brewery and the Nepalese Beer market. The experience has helped me develop my skills in sales and marketing
