บทคัดย่อ

     การจัดทำโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่องชอล์กกำจัดมดจากเปลือกไข่ไก่ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์จากวัตถุดิบเหลือทิ้งจากครัวร้อน โรงแรมพระยาพาลาซโซและเพื่อจัดทำการรีไซเคิลผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากเปลือกไข่ไก่ โดยผู้จัดทำได้นำเอาเปลือกไข่ไก่ที่เหลือทิ้งจากการทำอาหารเช้ามาทำเป็นชอล์กกำจัดมดจากเปลือกไข่

จากผลการสำรวจพบว่าการประเมินความพึงพอใจของพนักงานโรงแรมพระยาพาลาซโซ ที่มีต่อชอล์กกำจัดมดจากเปลือกไข่ไก่ พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 19 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.33 โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีช่วงอายุ 18-23 ปี และ 24-29 ปี เท่ากันคิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.70 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนมากเป็นพนักงานประจำคิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.00 โดยร้อยละ 46.70 ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นพนักงานในแผนกครัว ทั้งนี้ระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงงานชอล์กกำจัดมดจากเปลือกไข่ไก่อยู่ในระดับมากคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 3.71โดยมีคะแนนความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด 2 หัวข้อ หัวข้อแรก คือ ผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริงคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.53 คะแนน และรองลงมามีความคิดสร้างสรรค์คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.40 คะแนน ตามลำดับ

Abstract

The project of cooperative education named ‘Chalk from eggshells for eliminating ants’ aimed to study the use of waste ingredients in the hot kitchen department of Phraya Palazzo Hotel, and to recycle the waste ingredients from eggshells. The author of this project took the leftover eggshells from breakfast to make chalk for eliminating ants.

The satisfaction survey of staff at Phraya Palazzo Hotel towards chalk from eggshells for eliminating ants found that the majority of the respondents were male, accounting for 19 males or 63.33%. Most of the respondents’ ages were 18- 23, and 24-29 years old, accounting for 26.70% equally, and were full-time employees, accounting for 70.00%. 46.70% of the respondents were from the kitchen department. The overall staff’s satisfaction level towards chalk from eggshells for eliminating ants was high, with a mean of 3.71. The highest satisfaction score identified in 2 topics found the first was that the product can actually be useful, with a mean of 4.53, and the second was creativity, with a mean of 4.40, respectively.
