บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานคิวอาร์โค้ดแผนผังโรงแรมนีรา รีทรีท ภาษาจีนสำหรับพนักงานโรงแรม มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1).เพื่อจัดทำคิวอาร์โค้ดแผนผังโรงแรมนีรา รีทรีท ภาษาจีนสำหรับพนักงานโรงแรม 2).เพื่อช่วยลดปัญหาเรื่องการสื่อสารผิดพลาดระหว่างพนักงานและลูกค้าชาวจีน

จากการสำรวจความคิดเห็นต่อคิวอาร์โค้ดแผนผังโรงแรมนีรา รีทรีท ภาษาจีนสำหรับพนักงานโรงแรม ของพนักงานภายในโรงแรมนีรา รีทรีท เป็นจำนวน 30 คน พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 26-30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี และแผนกของพนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นแผนกแม่บ้าน

ส่วนเรื่องความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ของคิวอาร์โค้ดแผนผังโรงแรมนีรา รีทรีท ภาษาจีนสำหรับพนักงานโรงแรม ส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจในการช่วยให้พนักงานสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวจีนได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.57 รองลงมาช่วยให้ลดความผิดพลาดจากการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.53 รองลงมาช่วยสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการได้ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.50 รองลงมาช่วยทำให้การพักผ่อนเกิดความประทับใจมากขึ้น โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.47 รองลงมาช่วยให้บริการลูกค้ามีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.37 และสุดท้ายช่วยให้เพิ่มความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการสื่อสาร โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.37

Abstract

The Project to create a QR Code Directory in Chinese for Neera Retreat Hotel staff aimed : 1) To create a QR Code for the map of Neera Retreat Hotel in Chinese for hotel staff, 2) To help reduce miscommunication between Chinese employees and customers to serve Chinese customers correctly and efficiently.

From a survey on the opinions of the QR Code in Chinese, 30 employees at Neera Retreat Hotel, it was found that most were female, age between 26-30 years, with a bachelor’s degree. Most of the respondents worked in the housekeeping department. The benefits of the QR Code directory in Chinese for hotel staff showed that most were satisfied with being easier for employees to communicate with Chinese customers with an average of 4.57. Next, helping to reduce errors in communicating with customers with an average of 4.53. Then, helping build confidence for customers who come to use services with an average of 4.50. Followed by helping to make relaxation more impressive with an average of 4.47, helping to provide more efficient customer service with an average of 4.37, and finally it helps increase the convenience and speed of communication with an average of 4.37.
