การออกแบบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลเว็บไซต์การศึกษาของภาควิชาวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน

บทคัดย่อ

ภาควิชาวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล เป็นหน่วยงานด้านวิชาการที่มีบทบาทในการให้บริการข้อมูลความรู้และการสื่อสารกับผู้สนใจทั่วไป ทั้งในระดับภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ทางภาควิชามีความต้องการปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ภาษาไทยและเว็บไซต์ภาษาอังกฤษให้มีความทันสมัย ใช้งานง่าย และแสดงข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบัน ผู้จัดทำจึงได้รับมอบหมายให้ร่วมออกแบบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ โดยเน้นการปรับปรุงเนื้อหา การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งการดำเนินงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ปรับแต่งและตรวจสอบอัปเดตเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ภาษาไทยผ่านระบบหลังบ้านที่พัฒนาเฉพาะ ซึ่งใช้โครงสร้าง HTML เป็นหลัก 2) ปรับแต่งเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ภาษาอังกฤษผ่าน WordPress โดยใช้โครงสร้าง HTML เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงาน ได้แก่ HTML, WordPress เป็นเครื่องมือจัดการไฟล์ในระบบ และ Microsoft Excel/ Word ในการสื่อสารและจัดเตรียมข้อมูล จากการดำเนินงานพบว่าเว็บไซต์ทั้งสองภาษามีความสมบูรณ์มากขึ้น ทั้งด้านเนื้อหา การแสดงผล และความน่าเชื่อถือ ส่งผลให้ภาควิชาสามารถใช้เว็บไซต์เป็นช่องทางหลักในการสื่อสารข้อมูลกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

The Department of Immunology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, is an academic unit responsible for providing educational information and facilitating communication with both internal and external audiences. The department aimed to improve both its Thai and English websites to be more modern, user-friendly, and up to date. The student was assigned to participate in the design and improvement of the website content, focusing on content updates and accuracy verification. The project was divided into two main parts: (1) updating and verifying the Thai website content through an internally developed content management system based mainly on HTML, and (2) improving the English website using WordPress, which also employed HTML structure. The tools utilized in the development included HTML, WordPress, the internal file management system, and Microsoft Excel/Word for content preparation and communication. As a result, both versions of the website became more complete in terms of content, presentation, and credibility, enabling the department to use the website as an effective primary channel for academic communication and information dissemination.
