บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท 168 แทรเวิล จำกัด เป็นบริษัทจัดนำเที่ยวต่างประเทศ (Out bound) ได้มีการดำเนินกิจการด้านการจัดนำเที่ยวมาเป็นระยะเวลานานมากกว่า 10 ปี จึงได้รับความไว้วางใจและความพึงพอใจจากลูกค้าเป็นจำนวนมากโดยเฉพาะกลุ่มลูกค้าวัยทำงาน ซึ่งบริษัทจะเน้นการให้บริการเป็นหลักโดยจัดโปรแกรมนำเที่ยวตามความต้องของการของลูกค้า รวมไปถึงการตอบโจทย์ต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าสามารถดึงดูดความสนใจของนักท่องเที่ยวทุกกลุ่ม

ทางผู้จัดทำจึงนำเสนอเส้นทางท่องมรดกโลกแดนอาทิตย์อุทัยเส้นทาง โอซาก้า – นารา – เกียวโต – เฮียวโงะ เนื่องจากภูมิภาคคันไซ หรือเรียก คิงกิ เป็นเขตแดนทางภูมิศาสตร์ของประเทศญี่ปุ่นบนเกาะฮอนชู โดยเขตคันไซประกอบไปด้วย 7 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เฮียวโงะ เกียวโต โอซาก้า ชิงะ นารา วากายามา และมิเอะ ภูมิภาคคันไซแห่งนี้เป็นอีกภูมิภาคที่สาคัญแห่งหนึ่งของญี่ปุ่น นอกเหนือจากภูมิภาคคันโต ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งของกรุงโตเกียวเมืองหลวงภูมิภาคคันไซ นับเป็นภูมิภาคที่ความเจริญมาช้านานเป็นที่ตั้งของเมืองหลวงของญี่ปุ่นในยุคแรก ๆ ประวัติศาสตร์คือ เมืองนาราและเมืองเกียวโต เมืองหลวงทั้งสองแห่งนี้เป็นศูนย์กลางการบริหารประเทศญี่ปุ่นมานับพัน โดยภูมิภาคคันไซ ซึ่งมีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่เป็นมรดกโลกที่น่าสนใจ จึงมีความสนใจจัดทำโปรแกรมท่องมรดกโลกแดนอาทิตย์อุทัยภูมิภาคคันไซ เส้นทาง: โอซาก้า -นารา- เกียวโต- เฮียวโงะ เพื่อต้องการขยายฐานลูกค้าให้มีความหลากหลายขึ้น และช่วยเพิ่มรายได้ให้บริษัทต่อไป

Abstract

168 Travel Company Limited is an outbound travel arrangement agency which has operated tour arrangements for more than 10 years. Therefore, the company has received a lot of trust and satisfaction from the customers, especially the customers in working ages. The tour arrangements will be customized according to the preference of the customer, as well as, responding to the needs of the customer, which make them able to attract all types of tourists.

The organizers presented a tour route of the world heritage site of the Land of the Rising Sun. The route of Osaka-Nara-Kyoto-Hyogo, which is in the Kansai region or Kingki, is a geographical boundary of Japan on the island of Honshu. Kansai region consists of 7 provinces which are Hyogo, Kyoto, Osaka, Shigara, Wakayama, and Mie. Kansai region is another important region of Japan besides the Kanto region in which Tokyo, the capital city of Japan is located. Kansai region has long been a fast-growing region, and is the region that the early capital cities of Japan are located. Nara and Kyoto had been the administrative centers of Japan for thousands of years. Kansai region has the world heritage attraction sites, which are very interesting. Therefore, the researcher has arranged a touring program to explore the world heritage site of the Kansai region in the route of Osaka-Nara-Kyoto-Hyogo. This is to expand thecustomer base, increase the diversity and the revenue of the company.
