บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อช่วยบริหารจัดการด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ช่วยสนับสนุนฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพิ่มความสะดวกให้กับผู้ใช้งานระบบสามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัวให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ สามารถตรวจสอบการเข้าออกงาน ดูข้อมูลการแจ้งข่าวสาร ดูข้อมูลสลิปเงินเดือน ส่งคำขอลางาน ตรวจสอบสถานะการลา และประวัติการลาด้วยระบบออนไลน์ สามารถยืนยันการเข้าออกงานผ่าน LINE Notify ด้วย QR Code และบันทึกเข้าออกงานผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม คณะผู้จัดทำใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio Code 2021 ในการเขียนชุดคำสั่ง ด้วยภาษา PHP เวอร์ชัน 8.2.12 , JavaScript เวอร์ชัน 1.8.5 ES6 , HTML5 , CSS3 และจัดการฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ MySQL เวอร์ชัน 5.0.4 ซึ่งเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวสามารถจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน ข้อมูลการเข้าออกงาน และข้อมูลเงินเดือน ซึ่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกเก็บไว้เป็นประวัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการออกรายงาน ผลที่ได้คือ ช่วยลดการใช้กระดาษ และจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้เป็นระเบียบ และปลอดภัย

Abstract
The information system development for human resource assistance aimed to effectively support the human resource department, the management team, and all workers. The online system provided convenience to all users for managing data, be up-to-date, monitor time punching, receiving latest announcement and salary receipts, and submitting and checking leave application. Users are able to confirm workpunch time via Line Notify with a QR code and record time punching via the online platform. The development team utilized Visual Studio Code 2021 to write a set of commands using PHP 8.2.12, JavaScript 1.8.5 ES6, HTML5, and CSS, and managed the database using MySQL 5.0.4. This website can manage the data of employees, attendance records, and salary information. All information is keep as a history for future records, allowing for use in generating reports. The result of using this website consists of reducing paper usage, organizing, and securing data.
