Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) Recording information become more convenience and faster 2) Reducing time and process for asking document messengers code. 3) Reducing messenger’s jumping the queue problem. 4) Reducing work mistakes. The problem occured at operation in OP department which there were lots of documents but the messengers had limited time so that staff from OP department had to record documents information on their behalf.

We decided to use Kaizen principle and applied with ECRS method. After studying, it is Found that work process of document messengers become more systematically and reduce recording time for OP staff. Messengers have more time to call an appointment with customers and pick up documents. Furthermore, the unnecessary work time is reduced such as asking messenger code.
