บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความรู้ของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 2) ศึกษาทัศนคติเชิงบวกและเชิงลบของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ โดยแจกแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในสถานสงเคราะห์คนชราบ้านธรรมปกรณ์โพธิ์กลางและสถานสงเคราะห์คนชราบ้านธรรมปกรณ์วัดม่วงจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ทำงานในสถานสงเคราะห์ทั้ง 2 แห่ง และทำงานมาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ซึ่งมีจำนวน 60 คนผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้จำนวน 53 ตัวอย่าง และได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจำนวน 51 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.23 การวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) เช่น ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วทำการแปลผลข้อมูลในรูปแบบตารางประกอบการบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31-40 ปี มีการศึกษาที่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ผู้ดูแลส่วนใหญ่ทำงานมาต่ำกว่า 20 ปีด้านระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุพบว่า ผู้ดูแลส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านร่างกายของผู้สูงอายุ และ การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมให้ผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยรวมมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อผู้สูงอายุในระดับสูง และมีทัศนคติเชิงลบต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในระดับต่ำ ดังนั้น องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความรู้ การดูแลผู้สูงอายุอย่างเร่งด่วนต่อเนื่อง และควรพัฒนาทัศนคติในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม โดยการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุให้เป็นผู้มีความพร้อมตามมาตรฐานของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขอีกทั้งควรส่งเสริมให้เกิดความร่วมมือร่วมใจทำงานเป็นกลุ่ม สนับสนุนให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และสร้างทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุให้มากยิ่งขึ้น

ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were (1) to explore the knowledge of the elderly caregivers (2) to explore the personal’s positive attitude and negative attitude of the elderly caregivers in the ThammapakornPhoklang and Watmuang Elderly Care Center Nakhonratchasima. Purposive sampling was adopted in this research study, by selected 60 elderly caregivers of these two places, who work at least 1 year. There were 53 respondents, and 51 set of questionnaires returned to the researchers or 96.23 percent. The researchers used descriptive statistics such as frequency percentage average and standard deviation to analyze and interpret the data.
The finding has shown as follows; the majority group of respondents incorporated was female, aged between 31-40 years old and study under bachelor degree. Most of respondents had worked in these two places less than 20 years. The elderly caregivers knowledge were in the medium level
or 50 – 79 percent in the understanding of aging processes and suitable physical environment for older people. In addition, the sample group had high level of personal’s positive attitude and low level of personal’s negative attitude toward the elderly people. Thus, Nakhonartchasima Provincial Administration Organization (Nakhon Ratchasima PAO) and the related organization should urgently improve the knowledge for the caregivers of elderly people and consistency. Moreover, these organizations should develop positive attitude and decrease the negative attitude for caregiver of elderly people by establish activities or workshops in order to get into the Ministry of Public Health standard. Finally, these organizations should empower the team cooperation, support to the exchange or share knowledge and positive attitude for the caregivers of elderly people.
