Abstract
The report covers my journey as the Country Coordinator for the Hult Prize Foundation in Nepal. Hult Prize’s profile, its organizational structure, and my intention to join the organization are mentioned in the report. This report offers all the insights I experienced regarding the dynamics of social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. The major work and responsibilities include leading the team of young leaders and entrepreneurs of Nepal, volunteer recruitment and management, all the partnerships and collaborations and the events executed, the mentorship and development activities given to the start-ups, and all the achievements. By reflecting on the challenges and lessons learned, this report offers a holistic understanding of the internship experience and its impact on personal and professional growth.
