บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่องชาเขียวกลีบดอกบัวครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการทำชาจากกลีบดอกบัว จากดอกบัวที่นำมาใช้ในการตกแต่งห้องอาหารเมื่อดอกบัวเหี่ยวแห้งก็จะถูกนำไปทิ้ง โดยผู้จัดทำได้นำเอากลีบดอกบัวที่เหลือทิ้งต่อวันเป็นจำนวนมากมาทำเป็นชาในรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวใหม่ และเป็นการช่วยลดต้นทุนในการซื้อชาให้แก่ห้องอาหารและยังช่วยทำให้ห้องอาหารน่าสนใจแตกต่างจากโรงแรมอื่น
จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ชาเขียวกลีบดอกบัวพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 18 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.00 มีอายุระหว่าง 30-35 ปี มากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ30.00 เป็นพนักงานประจำมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.30 และเป็นบุคลากรที่อยู่ในแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.70 ผลสรุปจากตารางค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงงานชาเขียวกลีบดอกบัวมีระดับความพึงพอใจรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม 4.60

Abstract
The purpose of this cooperative study project on lotus petal green tea was to study the method of making tea from lotus petals. Using the lotus flowers used to decorate the dining room, when the lotus flowers wither, they are discarded. The auther took many lotus petals left over to create the tea This reduced the cost of buying tea for the restaurant and also made the restaurant attractive and different from other hotels.
From the satisfaction survey on lotus petal green tea products, it was found that most were 18 females, representing 60.00 percent, aged between 30-35 years, accounting for the most 30.0%. Most were full-time employees, accounted for 53.30 percent and most were personnel in the food and beverage department, 26.70%. The results from the table of mean and standard deviation of satisfaction, with the lotus petal green tea project had the highest level of overall satisfaction. representing an overall average of 4.60.
