Abstract
Baan Fah Green Park Royal Thonburirom Housing Project, located on PrachaUthid Road in ThungKhru District, Bangkok, has experienced poor management in the juristic person management system which results in many problems. Hence, the researchers have developed an application that will improve convenience of both residents and the juristic person of this housing project. The system of this data management application is divided into two parts. The first part is the main operational system of an administrator for data management that will organize the information of the housing project including updates on activities and news, common fee charge records and management, complaint filing, and bill announcement. Another part is the system for residents, and there are four main functions available including notification system, news and updates publication, complaint filing, and payment submission. The system design of the application. Real-time data management was achieved by using the Firebase Database and NoSQL. All in all, this system will facilitate and promote more effective management system of the juristic person. Moreover, the functions available in the application should help to reduce difficulties experienced in an access to the other data.
