บทคัดย่อ
ภาคนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบร้านซ่อมเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และพัฒนาระบบให้มีความสามารถบริหารจัดการร้านซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถแก้ปัญหาในการติดต่อประสานงานภายในร้านเพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายแก่ผู้ใช้ได้ โดยสามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลพนักงาน ข้อมูลวัสดุ ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อและรับวัสดุ ข้อมูลการเบิกวัสดุ ข้อมูลการรับซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์รวมถึงสามารถออกรายงานการสั่งซื้อ รายงานการซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์ รายงานการเบิกวัสดุและรายงานวัสดุคงเหลือให้แก่ผู้ใช้ได้ การพัฒนาระบบร้านซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์นั้น คณะผู้จัดทำใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 ในการเขียนคำสั่ง และใช้ Microsoft Server 2008 R2 ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูลของระบบ จากผลลัพธ์ระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลพื้นฐานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถออกรายงานสำหรับการบริหารจัดการร้านซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์

Abstract
This paper focused on the development of a computer repair system to enable effective management of the shop. The system was designed to help solve problems with internal communication for the users. The system recorded the following information: customer data, employee data, part details, purchase and receipt of orders, parts requisition, and customer orders. The program was capable of printing purchasing reports, computer repair reports, requisitions and inventory reports for users. The development of the computer repair system used Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 for coding and Microsoft Server 2008 R2 for database management. The results showed user and employee data was organized, the project increased work efficiency, reporting was more manageable, and increased efficiency of computer repair shop.
