บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาครั้งนี้ 1) เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานในแผนกเปิดบัญชีมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามระบบระเบียบของธนาคาร 2) เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการ โดยปัญหาเกิดจากการปฏิบัติงานในการเปิดบัญชีมีขั้นตอนและเอกสารจำนวนมาก จึงทำให้เสียเวลา ดังนั้นจึงประยุกต์ใช้ด้วยวิธี ECRS ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ เช่น เขียนป้ายแจ้งรายละเอียดเอกสารการเปิดบัญชีให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้า ขอสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของลูกค้าไปถ่ายเอกสารล่วงหน้า ทำเครื่องหมายในแบบฟอร์มเพื่อให้ลูกค้าลงลายมือชื่ออย่างรวดเร็ว หลังจากการดำเนินงานการข้างต้นแล้ว พบว่าลูกค้าใช้เวลาในการเปิดบัญชีได้เร็วขึ้น ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการเปิดบัญชี

Abstract
The main objectives of this research are the following : I. To improve efficiency of the bank’s opening new accounts department and align with the bank’s policy, 2. To raise the customer satisfaction rating for the bank’s services. By solving the problems regarding new account registration processes, such as the complicating processes and the use of many types of documents to register a new account for a customer. With those problems, the department suffers low time efficiency and needs improvement for time management. The researchers idea was to apply ECRS in the process, for example, to use and will a notice board to let the customers know what are the requirements for them to register a new account make sure they are ready beforehand.
