บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานกล่องของขวัญใบเตยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำคือวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงานวิจัย 1) เพื่อนำใบเตยที่เหลือใช้จากทางโรงแรมมาแปรรูปให้เกิดประโยชน์ไม่สูญเปล่า 2) ทำให้ใบเตยที่นำมาแปรรูปมีมูลค่ามากขึ้น 3) เพื่อเพิ่มทางเลือกของสมนาคุณให้กับที่แขกที่มาเข้าพัก จากการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาในแผนกครัวที่โรงแรมชานบางกอกน้อย  เพื่อให้ทราบถึงผลของโครงงานกล่องของขวัญใบเตยผู้จัดทำได้ทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจในกล่องของขวัญใบเตย โดยการให้ตอบแบบสอบถามผ่าน Google From ให้แขกผู้มาใช้บริการกับทางโรงแรมเป็นจำนวน 30 ชุด ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจทั้ง 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์ อันดับ1คือก้านหอมใบเตย ค่าเฉลี่ยคือ 4.36 อันดับ2 คือสบู่ใบเตยค่าเฉลี่ยคือ 4.33 และเทียนหอมใบเตยค่าเฉลี่ยคือ 4.30 อยู่ในระดับมาก หากพิจารณาผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้ง 3 หัวข้อ ความพึงพอใจของสบู่ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือความเข้มข้นสามารถชำระล้างสิ่งสกปรกอยู่ที่ 4.50 ค่าเฉลี่ยของเทียนหอมที่มากที่สุดคือ กลิ่นของใบเตยสามารถลดความเครียดคือ 4.45 และความพึงพอใจของก้านหอมใบเตยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ กลิ่นของน้ำหอมช่วยลดความเครียดเพิ่มความผ่อนคลายคือ 4.40โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.33

Abstract

The pandan gift box project has the objectives of the research project: 1) to bring the leftover pandan leaves from the hotel to be processed for benefit, not wasted; 2) to make the processed pandan leaves more valuable. 3) To increase the choice of rewards for guests from working cooperative education in the kitchen department at Chan Bangkok Noi Hotel In order to know the results of the pandan gift box project, the organizers conducted a satisfaction assessment of pandan gift boxes. By giving a questionnaire via Google From, 30 sets of hotel guests were asked to use the service with the hotel. The results of the satisfaction assessment for all 3 products, the first place was pandan stalk, the average was 4.36, the second was pandan soap, the average was 4.33 and pandan scented candles averaged 4.30 at high level. Considering the three products, the highest average satisfaction for the soap was its cleansing concentration of 4.50. The aroma of pandan leaves for stress reduction was 4.45, and the highest mean satisfaction of pandan leaves was the scent of perfume reduces stress, increases relaxation, is 4.40 overall, all 3 products with an average score of 4.33
